Adventures in Nashville
Keeping with the theme of travel adventures as was the most recent post from the ocean in Seattle, DiAnn enjoyed retirement travel with Jeanne and Mary Jane, among her dearest friends. For many years, these friends devotedly and faithfully attended many a Mass at St. Benedict's in Decorah. This moment among the 3 of them was snapped on a fun trip to Nashville in September 201. where Jeanne, Mary Jane and DiAnn posed with a cutout of Willie Nelson at The Willie Nelson and Friends Museum in the Opryland area of Music City. Jeanne and Mary Jane recalled fondly how DiAnn knew every word to every song of the country music they all enjoyed on this special getaway, as recounted in her funeral tribute .
